Whole Jersey Milk
In natural (unhomogenised) milk, the cream rises to the top. This rich, creamy milk is full of good old fashioned flavour and is ideal for breakfast cereal.
Semi-Skimmed Jersey Milk
Not as rich and creamy as our whole milk, but the same good old fashioned flavour and natural taste, with less calories.
Premium Skimmed Jersey Milk
A high protein content gives this milk a fuller flavour than supermarket skimmed. If you're looking for a better skim, this one is for you.
Handmade Jersey Butter
Golden jersey butter lightly salted with sea salt.

Extra Thick Jersey Cream

So thick that it can be thinned for whipping or pouring. It's velvety and rich with a beautiful golden colour. Perfect for pouring over sweet puddings or fresh fruit. You can also enjoy it in your coffee.
